| Stop collection | Pause or delete a profile. We stop right away. |
| Take back consent | Close the account. Everything is deleted within 30 days. |
| Ask us | Write to Kinovi Privacy Team, privacy@kinovi.kids, postal address coming soon, phone coming soon. We answer within 10 business days. |
Your controls
- Mode (Cozy, Studio or Pro): you pick it when you set up a dreamer. Changing it needs your PIN.
- Uploads: every picture, video or sound from outside Kinovi needs your PIN.
- Publishing: your PIN, after a safety report you read together.
- Unpublish any time.
- Stopped-message summary: see when chat safety stepped in.
- Tools and connectors: turn any of them off for each dreamer.
- Break reminders (optional).
