Draft. Kinovi is in a small, invite-only test. A privacy lawyer reviews these pages before Kinovi opens to everyone. Words marked in yellow are not final yet.

Full terms to be written with a lawyer before launch. The main points:

• The account holder is an adult (18 or older), the parent or guardian.
• The grown-up is responsible for how their kids use Kinovi.
• Kinovi is free. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you first when it matters.
• Be kind. No hateful, adult or harmful content. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
• Your family owns what your kids make. See Publishing.
• Kinovi is offered "as is". AI can make mistakes.
• Where: Kinovi is for families in the United States (US only at launch).
